西部地区信息产业全要素生产率的测度与评价——基于非参数Malmquist指数的研究

Measuring and Analyzing Total Factor Productivity Rate of Information Industry in West Area——Study Based on Non-parameter Malmquist Index

利用2005年-2011年西部地区信息产业的面板数据,运用基于DEA的Malmquist指数分析了西部地区信息产业的生产率水平及其构成要素。研究发现:西部地区信息产业的技术进步是有效的,但技术效率和全要素生产率是无效的;西部地区信息产业的生产率各指数的变动存在明显的区域差异,主要问题在于生产管理水平相对较弱。因此应建立科学的技术引进制度,提高劳动素质,培养和招揽优秀的管理人才,提高资源利用效率。

Based on panel data of information industry in west area from 2005 to 201 1 ,the article,by using Malmquist index,analyzes the productivity level and composing factors of information industry in west area.The authors has observed:the technology advance of information industry in west area is effective,but the technology efficiency and total factor productivity is not effective;there are appar-ent regional differences of productivity indices of information industry in west area,and the main problems are due to comparatively poor production management level.Therefore,we should establish scientific system of technology introduction,enhance labor quality,train and attract excellent manage-ment talents,and improve the utility rate of resources.
