Issues of Educational Equality behind School Bus Safety Incidents in Rural Area

近年来农村校车事故频发,使得校车安全问题浮出了水面。其实,校车不够规范只是校车事故频发的表层原因,而更深层次的原因却在于城乡教育资源配置的不公平。所以要解决校车安全问题,不仅在于规范校车、提高校车的质量,还在于合理配置教育资源,实现城乡教育公平。

In recent years frequently occur school bus safety incidents in rural area,and thus emerge the issues of school bus safety.In fact,the school bus being below standard is a face reason of fre-quent occurrence of school bus incidents,and the deep reason is the inequality of educational resources between urban and rural area.Therefore,the key to solve this very problem is not to standardize school buses and improve the quality of school buses,but to reasonably allocate educational resources and realized educational equality between urban and rural area.
