助残社会组织的培育与发展路径研究

A Research on the Pathway to Cultivate and Develop Social Organizations of Aiding the Disabled

助残社会组织的培育与发展关乎我国社区服务的完善、公共服务能力的提升以及残疾人自身福利水平的提高。从理论视域分析,助残社会组织的发展源于公共服务社会化以及社会力量的广泛参与,诸多理论为我国助残社会组织的融入奠定了现实基础。目前我国助残社会组织的发展在各个方面尚存在诸多问题,亟需解决。因此需要在制度保证、内容创新、过程优化等方面进一步完善,使其更好地发挥作用,造福于社会。

It is of great importance of cultivating and developing social organizations of aiding the disabled that concerns the improvement of China's community service and public service capabilities and the own welfare of the disabled people. Theoretically speaking, the development of social organizations of aiding the disabled is resulted from public service socialization and wide participations of social forces; many theories have laid realistic foundation for integration of social organizations of aiding the disabled in China. Currently, many problems remain in terms of subject, content, process, inspection, etc. Therefore, efforts should be made to guarantee the system, innovate the contents and optimize the process, in order to enable these organizations play a bigger role and benefit the society.
