摘要
内涵式发展和外延式发展是两种不同的高等教育价值观、本质观和发展观。遵从外部逻辑、实现外在目的、受外部需要操控的高等教育发展,即为外延式发展;遵从内部规律、实现内在目的、受自身需要支配的高等教育发展,即为内涵式发展。以此为考察视角,可以发现,千百年来中国高等教育的历史总体上是一部外延式发展史。从外延式发展向内涵式发展转变,其实质在于回归高等教育本身。推进高等教育内涵式发展,需要以内涵式发展理论为指导,坚持以人为本、以质量为重、以学术为基,深化高等教育改革,致力于现代大学制度建设。
The extensive development and the connotative development had their own value,nature and the developmental idea.The extensive development of higher education followed the external logic,realized the external object,and was subject to the external need;the connotative development of higher education followed the internal logic,realized the internal object,and was subject to its own need.From this perspective,it could found that the history of China higher education was the extensive development process.Changing from the extensive development to the connotative development meant to return to higher education itself.To promote the connotative development of higher education,it should follow the theory of connotative development,uphold the principles of people-orientation,quality first and academic priority,deepen the reform and commit to the construction of modern university system.
