行动研究是社会科学研究领域以解决实际问题为导向的研究方法。该方法通过计划、行动、观察、反思的螺旋上升以达到改进工作的目的,对推进高校管理工作科学化具有非常重要的意义。管理者及教师对科学管理的普遍认同、领导支持和相关职能部门的积极参与、团队组建与参与人员互动、对每一个螺旋行动研究的评价与反思是在高校管理中有效实施行动研究的条件。

Action research,as a method in the social science research field,is oriented to solve the practical problem.It's of great significance to promote the scientific university management,by the spiral development of plan,action,observation and reflection.To implement action research effectively in university management,it should meet such conditions as general acceptance of the manager and faculty,leader's support and active participation of the related functional departments,teamwork and participants' interaction,and the revaluation and rethinking in the every spiral period of action research.
