“德育教师专业化”的逻辑理路及其悖论 被引量:4

On the Logic and Paradox of Teacher Professionalization in Moral Education

摘要 在教师专业化的潮流中,德育教师专业化似乎是不可避免的议题,但建基在"道德知识"上的德育教师专业化却无法让德育教师获得道德知识,实现其教授之职。这一悖论的存在源于道德知识的特殊性,道德知识并非科学、技艺般的知识,而是人的理性品质,即实践智慧。因此,需在道德和道德教育的规定性上慎思德育教师专业化的可能性,并认识到学生的道德发展不能简单地托付于专职德育教师来解决。否则,现代分工化、专业化的潮流势必让人们遗忘道德教育乃共同体事业之观念。 In the trend of teacher professionalization,training professional teachers in moral education seemed an inevitable issue.However,professing the teaching of morality via the foundation of moral knowledge couldn't make the teachers obtain the moral knowledge.It was a paradox originated from the nature of moral knowledge,for its nature was human being's intellectual virtue,that was,practical wisdom,which was totally different from science,or craft knowledge.Therefore,training professional teachers in moral education needed to rethink,whose base should built on the nature of morality and moral education.And it could be concluded that the duty of moral education could simply and solely be transferred to professional teachers.Otherwise,the trend of the modern division of labor and professionalization would be guaranteed to make people forget that moral education was the cause of the community.
