On the Talent Cultivation Mode of Specialized Intellectual Property Litigation

当前,国际上兴起了知识产权诉讼专门化改革的浪潮。知识产权诉讼专门化需要配备专业法官,而专业法官依赖于知识产权人才的制度化供给。为顺应这一改革潮流,许多国家和地区强化了知识产权人才培养机制,其经验可以为我国高校在知识产权人才培养的目标、层次、课程设置和教学方式等方面进行改革提供有益的借鉴。

Nowadays,the reform on specialized intellectual property litigation has been flourishing internationally.It's necessary to manned special judges for specialization of intellectual property litigation,which relied on the institutional providing of intellectual property talents.To conform to the trend,many countries reinforced the talents cultivation mechanism of intellectual property.It shed some light on the talent cultivation of intellectual property for us,in terms of cultivation objectives,professional hierarchy,curriculum design and teaching method.
