摘要
统计显示,我国高校校级领导中女性所占比例偏低。女性领导处于劣势地位,在一定程度上源于女性自身的职业准备不够充分,而制度障碍和社会期待也给女性担任领导职务带来了挑战。随着女性在受教育水平和学术能力等方面已达到一个新高度,以及女性自我意识的觉醒和解放,职业女性的数量与影响力都在持续上升,女性已经站在了新的历史起点上,在突破性别障碍方面将迎来新的历史机遇。
Women were not proportionally represented in leadership roles in Chinese universities.Of the 6765 leaders of 1166 universities surveyed,only 11.4% were women,and only 7% of the chief officers were women.This paper conducted logistic regression on data of chief and deputy officers,and party and executive officers,to explore the reasons of the challenges women facing in taking leadership roles.This paper pointed out that women faced the disadvantage of insufficient career preparation,and policy and social obstacles also form barriers for women.With the increasing educational and academic level of women in universities,and the increasing scale and influence of professional women,females were now standing at a new historical starting point as marching toward the goal of building an equal society.
