摘要
大学毕业生就业难、找工作"拼爹"等现象,使人们对"教育改变命运"产生怀疑,并出现新的"读书无用论"。学术界对教育与社会流动的关系有不同看法,教育既可能促进低社会阶层向上流动,也可能与社会流动无关,还可能加固原有的社会阶层结构。观照我国现实,教育机会的不均等、地位获得过程中的代际传承、教育结构与社会结构的不对应等因素,都弱化了教育促进底层升迁性社会流动的功能。底层百姓面对困境而放弃教育的做法并不可取,但要改变现状,必须同时改变教育与社会。
Diplomas of colleges or universities couldn't help quite a few of graduates to find their ideal jobs and make them well paid,and this phenomenon cast doubt on the idea of education changing one's life.Scholars had different views about the relationship between education and social mobility:some scholars thought that education could promote the social mobility,others thought education probably had nothing to do with the social mobility,and others viewed education as a tool for social reproduction.Nowadays,in China,unequal educational opportunities,intergenerational inheritance of social status,and no corresponding education structure and social structure,have weakened the function of education promoting social mobility.Those at the bottom cannot give up education to this dilemma,while education and society should be reformed.
