我国“基础学科拔尖学生培养试验计划”实施效果评价——基于对该计划首届500名毕业生去向的分析

The Performance Evaluation of “the Plan for Cultivating Top-notch Students of Basic Disciplines”

对我国"基础学科拔尖学生培养试验计划"首届500名毕业生去向进行分析后发现:北京大学、清华大学、上海交通大学、中国科学技术大学的实施效果较好,南开大学、吉林大学、四川大学、西安交通大学的实施效果有待提高,南京大学、复旦大学和浙江大学处于中间水平,各高校之间呈现出明显的马太效应;500名毕业生中有24.8%的进入世界顶尖大学(学科)深造,总体拔尖率还有待提高;有近四成学生偏离基础学科方向,总体偏离率较高。故需采取措施予以改善。

Investigating graduation destinations of the first generation students from'the plan for cultivating top-notch students of basic disciplines',it found that the performance of PKU,THU,SJTU and USTC received prominent effect;that of NKU,SCU,JLU and XJTU remained to rise;that of NJU,FDU and ZJU was at the middle level.Obviously,the Matthew effect existed among universities.Only about 24.8% graduates out of the total of the 500 graduates entered the top universities,which demonstrated the overall ratio of topnotch students had great potential to be tapped;about 40% graduates deviated from the direction of basic disciplines,which reflected a relatively high deviation rate.Therefore,it was necessary to take measures to ameliorate the situation.
