摘要
对71所中国重点高校的数十项国际化指标的数据进行调查分析后发现:中国重点高校的国际化发展水平总体上仍然偏低;中国重点高校在教育输入指标上的表现优于教育输出指标,反映中国重点高校主要将国际化作为提高自身国际地位的手段;一批重点高校的国际化发展受学科特点或地缘、文化、历史传统等因素影响,各具特色;不同层次高校的国际化程度存在差异,总体而言,"985"高校优于"211"高校,"211"高校优于其他高校。
Based on the data collected from 71 higher education institutions,It was found that the degree of internationalization for Chinese higher education institutions was still low.Chinese higher education institutions performed better on import indicators than export indicators,suggesting that internationalization had been used by them mainly as a mean of improving their global standing.Some institutions performed extremely well because of their especial program,location,culture and tradition.Higher education institutions supported by'985Project'generally performed better on internationalization indicators than those supported by'211Project',and the latter generally performed better than those not supported by'985Project'and'211Project'.
