摘要
创新勇气是教师教学创新的基础,也是创新型教师培养的前提条件之一。周口师范学院的实践显示,要解决师范实习生和初任教师教学中出现的创新勇气被掩饰、被扭曲、被替代等问题,更新教育观念、激发教学想象力、培养创新习惯、构建创新评价体系、形成自由教学精神等,是适合地方师范院校创新性教师培养的基本策略和具体路径。
The courage of innovation is the foundation of teaching innovation,and one of the preconditions for training innovative teachers.The practice of Zhoukou Normal University revealed that,it's the basic strategies and specific path to renew the education idea,stimulate the imagination of teaching,cultivate the innovative habits,build the innovation evaluation system,and from the free spirit of teaching,which could solve such problem as deficiency of normal university students' innovative courage.
