The Teacher-student Relationship in Different Types of Knowledge:Three Forms of Teacher-student Relationship in University

师生关系是大学教育实践中的核心问题之一。学生所学知识的不同往往导致师生关系的差异。客观知识之学,让学生与教师成为功能化的存在,致使疏离型师生关系的产生;以思考与判断能力为核心的建构性知识之学,要求教师自身有所"游",并在教育交往中使得学生"从游"于自身,但其有可能导致学生视教师为权威;面对整全知识,教师是与学生一样的学习者,这要求教师作为学生的友伴,"共游"向整全之知。

Teacher-student relationship is one of central issues of education practice in university.Different knowledge that students learn,often lead to different kinds of teacherstudent relationships.As for learning of objective knowledge,it makes students and the teacher functional existence,leading to the production of disengaged teacher-student relationship.For learning of constructive knowledge centered on the ability of thinking and judgment,it requires the teacher to'swim'in the ocean of knowledge,and to make students follow them.But this kind of teacher-student relationship may induce students to recognize the teacher as the authority.Facing the wholeness of knowledge,the teacher is also a learner as the same as students.Then,it is necessary for the teacher to become the companion of students and swim together for the wholeness of knowledge.
