Some achievements have been made in the construction of Marxist- learning party,but the way of study is traditional,which affects the effect of study. Modern digital technology can be used to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional way,so the database of special knowledge should be set up to guarantee a long- time study mechanism for Marxist- learning party.
