摘要
新修订的《刑事诉讼法》对律师会见权作了较为详细的修改和完善。但实践中,在律师会见权的行使上却出现了部分遗忘、部分被滥用的怪现象。因而,需要进一步完善相关立法,提升羁押机关管理水平,加强律师执业监督。
Although the legislation on the right of lawyers were perfect,But in practice,it appears the strange phenomenon that part of the lawyers met with the right to be forgotten,the others be abused. So we need to improve the relevant legislation.
