摘要
本文利用相关统计和调研资料,分析河北省小微企业劳动争议的内容、范围和主要原因,揭示小微企业劳动关系的特点及主要问题,提出构建小微企业和谐劳动关系的多层整合协调模式,以期为河北省乃至全国小微企业构建和谐劳动关系提供理论参考和实践借鉴。
In this paper,based on statistical and research data,we analyze the content,the scope and the major cause of labor dispute in small and micro enterprises of Hebei province; we reveal the main characteristics and problems of those enterprises' labor relations; we propose that multi- mode,integrated,coordinated,and harmonious enterprises' labor relations should be built. We believe the findings of our paper would provide theoretical and practical reference for small and micro enterprises both within Hebei province and nationwide.
