摘要
当今,中国社会群体纠纷日益增多,但纠纷解决机制并不能高效地解决这些问题。群体纠纷增多有诸多原因,而群体诉讼有其独特的功能,为此,应当努力探寻现存制度存在的问题,诸如代表人诉讼制度、群体诉讼制度,并提出应对措施,同时努力探寻建立多元化的群体纠纷解决机制,灵活运用多种纠纷解决办法,由此更好地解决群体纠纷,实现社会文明与和谐。
There have appeared many group disputes in China today,but how to solve these disputes remains a problem. This paper thinks that the basic solution is to establish an effective system because of various dispute causes,such as representative litigation system,group litigation system and so on. At the same time,multi- group dispute solution mechanism should be set up and in addition,various ways of solution should be used flexibly so that social civilization and harmony may be realized.
