Chinese Ancient Philosophy of Architecture Culture from Chinese Characters Symbol

本文运用符号学理论的研究方法,以汉字符号"间"为研究对象,从阴阳五行的辩证思维、天人合一的生存理想、内敛虚静的文化观念等方面,重点探讨了其符号形式"能指"所蕴含的中国古代建筑哲学思想的"所指"意义。

The article dicusses at length the connotation of Chinese ancient philosophy of architecture culture—Signified —through the symbolic form—Signifier—by way of the research :methods of semiotics theory,using the Chinese character‘間'as the research object,from the following six aspects:the philosophy of Yin- Yang and five elements,the ideal existence of‘heaven and man combined into one',the introversive cultural concept of the emptiness and quietness.
