区域经济发展与翻译人才培养机制的创新

On the Innovation Mechanism in Cultivating Translation Talents Based on the Development of Regional Economy

区域经济发展与高校翻译人才培养之间存在着密切的关系,翻译人才培养应服务于区域经济发展的需求。本文考察了区域经济发展与翻译人才培养之间的相关性,总结了中国高校翻译教育所取得的成就,剖析了其中存在的问题,并从办学理念、教学内容、教学方法、师资队伍、教学管理等五个方面探讨中国高校翻译人才培养的创新问题。

The cultivation of translation talents in universities is closely related to the development of regional economy; translation majors should cater to the translation demand of regional economy. First of all,the paper investigates the correlation between development of regional economy and cultivation of translation talents,and then goes on to summarize the achievements of translation education in China as well as the problems therein. Finally,the paper explores into the innovation approach to the cultivation of translation talents in Chinese universities in terms of five aspects,i. e.,education concept,teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching staff,and teaching management.
