摘要
少数民族家庭教育投资是伴随着少数民族传统家庭结构解体而产生的经济行为,其本质是摄取不同文化资源来满足少数民族社会转型的需要,文化遗产资本化成为少数民族家庭人力资本锻造的基本标签。通过分析少数民族家庭教育投资的文化资源整合问题发现少数民族家庭教育投资的风险成本源自社会资源的有限性以及先行者的资源占有性,建议将子女社会化目标纳入少数民族家庭教育投资的评估系统。只有当少数民族家庭教育投资决策具备社会系统、文化系统与人格系统的最低限度支持,少数民族学生的社会角色习得才能顺利促使教育价值的内化,从而获得教育投资的收益。
Minority family education investment is the economic behavior accompanied by ethnic disintegration of the traditional family structure,the essence of which is to absorb different culture resources to meet the needs of the social transformation,and cultural heritage capitalization is the basic tag of minority family human capital. Through the analysis of the cultural resources of ethnic minority family education investment,we get the conclusion that minority family education investment risk is derived from the finiteness of social resources and the resources of the pioneer possessive,and we propose to target children socialization into the evaluation system of minority family education investment. Only when the minority family education investment decisions have social system,cultural system and the personality of the minimum support,could the roles of the minority students be the pushup of education value internalization, and can the students benefit from education investment.
