民族自治地方立法作为当前贵州民族法制建设的重要环节,尽管已经取得了不少成就,但也存在动力不足、缺乏科学的立法立项机制、民族特色不足等问题。因此,科学实施民族立法工作应当对民族立法观念进行革新,不断地规范程序性的立法,找准当前立法工作的重心,不断扩大公民有序的政治参与方面进行努力,以寻求问题的解决。

Local Legislation in Guizhou's Minority Autonomous Regions has made enormous strides.however,The present food safety legal system of standard in China has the following problems:Local legislation minority autonomous regions is lack of system,legislative program,ethnic personality.To resolve the growth problem,we now can do some works as follows: innovating National legislation idea; working out legislation procedure;highlighting the focus of legislation,expanding orderly civil participation into politics.
