The Study on Public Cultural Service System Construction in Frontier Minority Areas

从功能上说,公共文化是为满足社会的共同需要而形成的文化形态,边疆少数民族地区农村公共文化产生于特定的农村社会生产方式下,其文化主体为边疆各少数民族农村群众。建设和完善边疆少数民族地区农村公共文化服务,是保障边疆少数民族群众基本文化权益的根本途径,也是维护社会稳定和民族团结的客观要求。边疆少数民族地区农村文化建设有其自身现实特点,就其发展现状来看,需要进行公共文化服务体系、文化本土资源、多元投资渠道等方面的路径创新。

Public culture is culture shape which to satisfy demand in common. Ethnic Minorities are the principal parts of Public culture in frontier minority areas which originate from specially designated production pattern. Construct and consummate a system of public cultural service for frontier minority areas to guarantee the common people's cultural rights,to maintain social stability,to promote ethnic?unity and economic growth. Since the feature of frontier minority areas,we are trying to explore innovative roads to build the culture system.
