人格权是指民事主体依法享有的,以人格利益为客体,为维护主体独立人格如人格尊严、人身自由等方面所应必备的权利。构建人格权法律保障制度,对保护民事主体人格权,保障民事主体所享有的与人格权密切相关的财产利益来说,具有非常重要的作用。少数民族因其特有的民族文化与传统,在人格权法律保护方面有着自身的特点与实际需要。从经济、社会现状出发,以云南哈尼族对人格权制度的需求与存在问题为例来探讨少数民族人格权的法律保障,是针对少数民族人格权保护所进行的法律层面的有价值的探索,对推进少数民族地区法制化建设进程具有非常重要的现实意义。

The personality right is refers to from the legal perspective,the main body,as it should be with personality interests as the object,independent personality should have the right to maintain body. Personality right for protecting the human rights of citizens,creating and maintaining social order,and the protection of personality right is closely related with the property rights,plays a very important role. Therefore,the construction of personality right law guarantee system,to protect the civil main body personality right,protect the interests of civil main body and the personality right is closely related to the property,play a very important role. In yunnan hani,for example to explore the legal protection of minority personality right,personality right protection is for ethnic minorities,made valuable exploration on the level of law,the legal system construction in minority region,the process and has important practical value.
