DEA模型下社会总投资对旅游产出影响分析——以黔东南苗族侗族自治州为例

Analysis on the Impact of the Social Total Investment to the Tourism Output under DEA Model:Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture as an Example

民族地区旅游资源丰富,旅游业发展迅速,在许多地方旅游业成为推动地区经济社会发展的重要力量。从现有的文献看,鲜有涉及民族地区旅游投入产出效率方面的深入研究。本文采用DEA模型中的模型与模型,对黔东南州在2004~2011年间的旅游投资效率进行评价。实证结果表明,在2007年、2008年和2011年三个年度中,黔东南州社会总投资实现了对旅游产出的最大经济效应;2004年、2005年、2006年和2010年中,黔东南州社会总投资没有实现对旅游产出的最大经济效应。根据评价指标和计算结果分析,认为要从优化旅游资源配置、重视人力资本开发、政府加强宏观调控和优化投资环境四个方面加强。

With the rich tourism resources in national regions,the tourism has developed rapidly and it becomes an important force to promote regional economic and social development in many places. From the existing literature, the research on the input-output efficiency of tourism in national regions has been rarely involved. This paper evaluates the efficiency of tourism investment of qiandongnan prefecture in 2004 ~ 2011 with the DEA model. The empirical results shows that in the three year of 2007,2008 and 2011,qiandongnan social total investment has achieved the maximum economic effect of tourism output; in 2004,2005,2004 and 2010 years,qiandongnan social total investment didn't achieve maximum economic effect of tourism production. According to the result of evaluation index and calculation analysis,there are four aspects should be strengthened: Optimize the distribution of tourism resources,attache great importance to the development of human capital,strengthen macro-control and optimize the investment environment.
