摘要
针对当前我国高校西藏学生培养模式的现状,以四川大学的藏族学生为中心考察,通过问卷调查的方式总结高校西藏学生两种培养模式的特点,进而在教育公平理论的视野下进行比较分析。本着"公平和效率相统一"的原则,根据所处的教育环境,我们应该在人才培养的过程中注重培养质量,提高教育效率,以效率促进公平,进而选择一种适合高校西藏学生的人才培养模式——以分散培养模式为主,注重学生实际情况和个人发展。
According to the current status quo of the training modes of Tibetan students in universities, placing emphasis on Tibetan students in Sichuan university,summarizing the characteristics of two training modes of Tibetan students in universities through questionnaires, individual interviews, etc., comparing and analyzing in the perspective of education-equity theory,based on the principle of 'unity of efficiency and fairness',we should be in accordance with the educational environment,focus on education quality in the process of talent education,improve education efficiency,promote fairness through efficiency,and choose a talent training model which is suitable to Tibetan students in universities—giving priority to the decentralized training mode and putting emphasis on practical situations of students and individual development.
