国家级科技智库的建设及科技工作者参与决策咨询的积极性,对一个国家的科技进步和经济社会发展有着重要的意义。建设、完善科技智库应注意以下几点:一是新概念、新思维是建设科技智库的基础;二是建设科技智库要注重专业理论的进展;三是建设科技智库要注重务实性;四是建设科技智库要注重为国家的工作大局服务。

The construction of national level science and technology(S&T)think tank and S&T workers' enthusiasm in participating in decision-making consulting is of great importance to a nation's S&T progress as well as economic development. Several attentions should be paid in constructing and perfecting S&T think tank: one is that new concept and new thinking is the base;two is focusing on professional theory progress; three is focusing on pragmatism; four is focusing on the big picture of national work.
