摘要 利用1982~2011年间对青藏铁路西藏段150个自动站的降水、积雪、沙尘、霜冻、冰雹、最高温度、最低温度和雷暴等气象要素的观测和统计数据,得出了每个台站多年月平均的统计结果,对每种灾害的多年月均值进行空间制图和说明。在此基础上结合西藏气候背景和特点,建立了不同区域和不同等级下灾害性天气类型和指标的确定方法,以及预报服务方法。 In the present paper,the spatial mapping for each of the monthly mean disaster and its descriptionhave been made based on the observed and statistic data of the meteorological elements form 1982 ~ 2011,in-cluding precipitation,maximum temperature,minimum temperature,frost,hail,snow,sand and dust,and thun-derstorms,from 150 automatic climatic stations located along the western part of the Qinghai-Tibetan railway.Based on the above,the indicating method for determining the severe weather types and its forecasting servicemethod were developed for different regions and different levels of high impact weather combined with the climat-ic background and characteristics in Tibet.
