价值具有理论和实践的双重特性,价值哲学应体现理论价值和实践价值的统一。价值哲学的发展经历了一个从片面强调理论而忽视实践到逐步全面、正确处理理论与实践两者关系的发展过程。中国特色社会主义理论体系中的社会主义核心价值体系及核心价值观作为当代马克思主义价值哲学是达到理论价值与实践价值高度统一的理论成果。实践导向是社会主义核心价值的重要功能。社会主义核心价值的实践导向性功能既表现为自身对中国特色社会主义事业、对实现中国梦的价值引领上,又通过赋予中国特色社会主义理论体系的实践导向,成为化中国特色社会主义理论为现实的中介。

Values have dual properties of theoretical values and practical values.Axiology should be the unity of theoretical values and practical values.Axiology has developed from laying undue stress on theoretical values only to laying stress on both theoretical values and practical values.The theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics takes the socialist value system and socialist core values as theoretical fruit of contemporary Marxist axiology which reaches a high unity of theoretical values and practical values.The practical guidance is an important function of socialist core values.The practical guidance of socialist core values is not only the guideline of the socialism with Chinese characteristics and Chinese dream,but also the medium of realizing the socialism theories with Chinese characteristics.
