Such problems as limited financing channels, financing credit deficiency, and high financing costs have been bottlenecks to restrict the development of medium, small and micro enterprises.Therefore, the ways to resolve medium, small and micro enterprises' financing difficulty include relying on the government to improve financial service and increase their financing efficiency. Thus, a credit reguarantee system is an effective measure to integrate various financial resources and credit resources and build a financial service platform for medium, small and micro enterprises.
