第二轮市县志卫生篇编写,基本上因循首轮志书模式格局,但存在着卫生整体内容欠缺、许多章节或一级目不是并列关系、一些标题名称欠严谨科学等问题。疾病应该是卫生篇重要内容,医药与卫生的关系最为密切,却在卫生篇若隐若现,缺乏应有的地位和分量。

The compilation of the second-round county records on health and hygiene basically follows the model and structure of the first-round county records.However,overall speaking,the contents lacked clarity.There were no parallel corclalions among the titles of chapters and first-level categories.Some titles lacked scientific clarity.Contents on diseases should be important composition of the health and hygiene chapater because of the closest corelation between pharmacy and health.But there were insufficient weighting or contents given to this corelation.
