摘要
阐述了组织能力概念的发展状况,以更好地理解组织能力的基本概念结构。基于西方知识本源方法,把能力的功效并入企业战略理论研究中。基于知识本源的方法有别于传统对能力微观基础研究所遵循的"个人-团队-组织"层次的架构模式,知识本源方法紧密联系战略管理的重要概念,从而更好地帮助管理者理解企业管理的复杂性。能力的类型学分析强调了对能力进行聚合和细化的不同方法,并通过将能力与企业战略理论中有关概念相结合而提出高阶能力和元能力的概念。
This paper reviews the development of concepts in organizational capabilities with a view to understanding their fundamental conceptual structure.A knowledge-based approach is used that incorporates the role of capabilities in the strategic theory of the firm.While this differs from a traditional individual-group-organization structure to the micro-foundations of capabilities,we argue that our approach aligns closely with key concepts in strategic management and can aid practicing managers in understanding the complexity of their businesses.A typology of capabilities is presented that highlights both increasing aggregation and greater specialization of different approaches to capabilities.The concept of higherorder or meta-capabilities is developed by linking capabilities to concepts from the strategic theory of the firm.
