压力促进还是抑制了创新——基于组织支持感的双元压力与创新行为关系研究 被引量:8

摘要 创新是组织在知识经济背景下获得竞争优势的关键,个体创新行为影响因素越来越成为研究者关注的热点。采用问卷调查方式,以中东部地区5个城市15家企业280名工作人员为研究对象,数据分析采用层级回归法。研究发现:挑战性压力对员工创新行为具有显著正向影响,但组织支持感会显著调节(减弱)这种正向效应;阻碍性压力源对员工创新行为具有负向影响,且这种负向效应没有受到组织支持感的调节作用。
