Study on Developed Provincial District's IOT Development Driven by Innovation

摘要 物联网创新驱动发展有助于发达省域率先实现弯道超车。发达省域物联网创新"弱驱动"的重要根源是"泛政府行为"低效,这涉及泛政府初始需求、三重垄断、投资冲动、科研体制4个方面的低效。发达省域物联网创新驱动具有协同性、多元性、敏捷性、超越性4大特征。应防范发达国家对发达省域物联网创新的研发压制、产业压制、创新诱幻等抑制策略。最后,基于"软硬双驱"模型,提出了发达省域物联网创新驱动发展路径。 IOT development driven by innovation is beneficial to taking the lead in the exceeding of developed provincial dis-trict (DPD).The main root cause of DPD being weakly driven by innovation is generalized administration's low efficiency, related to four aspects:generalized government's initial need,treble monopoly,investment impulse,scientific research system.DPD IOT development driven by innovation has such four characteristics:collaboration,diversity,agility,tran-scendence.DPD should prevent R&D pressing,industry pressing,innovation illusion from developed countries.Based on"softness and hardness double driving"model,the way of DPD IOT development driven by innovation DPD is suggested.
