向西开放背景下优势产业绩效及影响因素研究——以新疆为例

Research on the Performance and Influence Factors of Advantage Industries in the Setting of West Open:Based on the Empirical Analysis of Xinjiang

提高向西开放优势产业绩效是促进新疆产业结构转型升级及全面提升向西开放水平的关键。采用超效率DEA模型和面板数据模型,研究了向西开放背景下新疆优势产业的绩效水平及影响因素。结果表明:新疆向西开放优势产业全要素生产率虽逐年上升,但整体水平还有待改善,优势产业之间全要素生产率水平差异较大且部分产业全要素生产率仍处于非有效状态。市场化程度、科技创新水平、企业规模、固定资产投资和对外开放程度等因素对新疆向西开放优势产业绩效均具有一定程度的影响,且不同因素对现有和潜在优势产业绩效的影响存在显著差异。

Improving the performance of advantage industries in the setting of west open is the key to promote the transfor-mation and upgrading of industrial structure in Xinjiang and comprehensively enhance the level of open to the west.This article uses the super efficiency DEA model and panel data model to research the performance level and its influence factors of advantage industries in the setting of west open in Xinjiang.The results indicate that the total factor productivity of ad-vantage industries in the setting of west open in Xinjiang,but the overall level remains to be improved.The total factor productivity of advantage industry level differences and part of the total factor productivity of industry is still in a state of inefficiency.There are more influence factors of advantage industries in the setting of west open in Xinjiang.The marketi-zation degree,science and technology innovation level,enterprise scale,fixed assets investment and degree of opening to the outside has influence the performance of advantage industries in the setting of west open in Xinjiang.Different factors have remarkable different effect on the performance of existing advantage industry and potential superiority industry.
