山西集群网络治理机制现状判断与对策建议

Status Judgment and Countermeasures for Governance Mechanism of Cluster Network in Shanxi

企业网络化合作过程中的治理问题逐渐成为理论界与实业界的研究重点。其中治理机制是网络组织能否得到有效治理的关键,直接关系到网络组织的运行质量和协同效应的充分发挥,最终决定着治理绩效。在对网络组织治理及治理机制理论的梳理分析基础上,以山西企业集群网络为研究对象,运用统计综合评分法、logistic回归等方法来分析其治理机制的发展现状,总结集群网络合作进程中出现的问题,提出了完善网络化治理机制的建议和措施。

In the process of cooperation,the network governance issue has gradually become the focus of the theoretical circle and the industrial. Among them,the Governance mechanism is the key to effective governance of the network organization. It is directly related to the operation of the quality and gives full play to the synergistic effect,ultimately determines the governance performance. Based on the analysis of theory of network organization governance and the governance mechanism,this paper select Shanxi industrial cluster as the research object. Besides,through using the methodology of Statistical comprehensive score and Logistic regression,we can analyze the development situation of governance mechanisms,make a summary of the cluster network problems arising from the cooperation process and put forward suggestions and measures for perfecting the mechanism of network governance.
