摘要
食品质量检验技术是具有很强实践性的一门技术性学科,本文根据《食品质量检验技术》课程特点,研究总结教学过程中的问题。通过对理论教学内容进行优化、实验教学环节进行完善等有效措施的探讨,以期获得理想的改革方式,从而有力地促进教学质量的提高,取得良好的教学效果。
Food Quality Inspection Technology is a practical and technical subjects. The paper summarizes the problems in the process of teaching based on the characteristics of The Food Quality Inspection Technology Course. The research was aimed to obtain the ideal reform style,promote the improvement of teaching quality and make good teaching results.
