科技创新与文化产业生产效率的协整分析——基于我国31个省市面板数据的实证研究

The Co-integration Analysis of Technological Innovation and Cultural Industries Productivity:Based on an Empirical Study on the Panel Data of 31 Provinces in China

本文在用DEA的分析方法对我国31个省区2002——2011年十年的文化产业生产效率进行测算的基础上,运用省级面板数据的实证方法对科技创新对我国文化产业生产效率的影响进行了测算。测算结果表明,与经济发展形成的东部、中部、西部的俱乐部效应不同,我国文化产业的生产效率不存在明显的地域选择性;科技创新对文化产业生产效率的提升具有正向的促进作用,但并不存在严格的正向线性关系;相对于经济欠发达的地区,经济发达的省市技术领先的优势在文化产业领域凸显度较低。

On the basis of measure and calculation of China's 31 provinces' cultural industry productivity(2002- 2011) via DEA analysis,this paper calculates the impact of scientific and technological innovation on the China's cultural industry productivity by doing an empirical study of provincial panel data. The conclusion indicates that differing from the economical club effect in eastern,central,western area,China's cultural industry's productivity is of no obvious geographical selectivity. Technological innovation does have a positive role in promoting the productivity of cultural industry,but there is no strict positive linear relationship between them. Relative to the economic underdeveloped areas,the leading advantage of economic developed provinces in the field of technology does not show in the cultural industry.
