TES行动及对中国减少粮食浪费的启示

摘要 联合国环境署和FAO作为创始合作伙伴启动的"思前、食后、厉行节约——减少粮耗足迹"行动(简称TES行动)再次唤醒全世界减少粮食浪费的意识与实践,也启示中国在建构"粮食安全、食品安全、减少浪费"三位一体的全面粮食观中切不能忽视节约粮食。借鉴TES行动,本文建议从供应链全程管理视角,综合运用技术、法律、经济和行政等手段,发挥政府引领作用,多方共治以减少中国粮食浪费。 The Think Eat Save-Reduce Your Foodprint(for abbreviation as TES)campaign that was launched by UNEP and FAO as founding partners has aroused the awareness and practice worldwide to reduce the food losses and wastage.Some suggestions for China that food saving should be integrated into the national food strategy with food security and food safety as a whole.This paper suggests that multi-participating governance and management in China should be involved through technological,legal,market-oriented and administrative tools with the government's leading role in the perspective of supply chain management to reduce food wastage.
