The Deficiency of Social Ethics from the Perspective of the Cost and Benefit of Individual Behaviour

中国经济的发展取得了举世瞩目的成绩,表明在物质方面我国整体上取得了值得肯定的成就,但同时社会道德的不断下滑是每个国人切身感受的事实。文章从个人行为成本与行为效益角度分析研究了社会道德缺失的原因,指出导致社会道德缺失的具体原因有很多,这些因素共同加大了社会道德行为成本,同时减少了社会道德行为效益,并且无形作用于个人具体的道德行为。

China has made remarkable achievements in the economic development,which suggests that in general we have made definite achievements in material terms,but at the same time,it is a fact felt by every citizen that social ethics is increasingly declining.The paper analyses the reasons for the deficiency of social ethics from the perspective of the cost and benefit of individual behaviour and points out that there are lots of reasons for the deficiency of social ethics,which combine to increase the behaviour cost of social ethics,decrease its behaviour benefit and have an intangible effect on individual specific moral behaviour.
