美国战略东移背景下中美印三角关系的变与不变

On the triangular relationship between China, America and India since US Pivot to Asia

奥巴马政府宣布美国"重返亚太",实施战略重心东移。这一战略对中美印三角关系的影响明显,它使中美印三角关系面临新挑战、出现新变化。但由于中美印彼此之间原有利益或矛盾的延续性,它们之间的关系也显示出某种程度的稳定性。中美印三角关系的这种"变"与"不变"具体表现为:美印战略合作深入,但两国仍难以建立同盟关系;中美战略互疑加深,但双方仍希望加强合作,避免冲突;中印关系面临新的挑战,但发展关系依然符合两国的利益。

Since taking office, Obama administration has declared US return to Asia-Pacific with a great fanfare in order to achieve its pivot to Asia. American strategy of returning to Asia-Pacific will certainly exert great influence on both the region’s situation and the international relations. As China and India are the important related parties of US pivot to Asia, the triangular relationship between the three states will be especially influenced by this new strategy, which makes the three states face new challenges and changes. Yet, the relations among them, in some degree, remain stable owing to the previous interests or conflicts between each other. The change and unchanged of the triangular relationship between them is as follows: The strategic cooperation between the US and India is going forward, but it is difficult for them to become an alliance. The strategic distrust between China and India is going deeply, however, the two countries still hope to strengthen cooperation and avoid conflict. The relation between China and India is confronted with new challenges, yet they can develop their relations to meet each national interests.
