左氧氟沙星联合标准化疗方案治疗肺结核的临床疗效

目的:观察左氧氟沙星联合标准化疗方案治疗肺结核的临床疗效。方法:采用随机配对法将82例肺结核患者分为对照组40例和治疗组42例。对照组采用标准化方案治疗,治疗组在此基础上结合左氧氟沙星治疗,两组均辅以其他同种抗结核药物治疗。结果:治疗6个月后,观察组痰菌阴转、病灶吸收率比对照组(P<0.05)高,两组患者不良反应发生率没有显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:左氧氟沙星联合标准化疗方案治疗肺结核病有明显的疗效,安全性高,不良反应少,值得在临床上广泛推广。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of levofloxacin combined with standard chemotherapy in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: using the method of random mating and grouping, divided into the treatment group, 82 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients, divided into treatment group and control group 40 cases of 42 cases.The control group using standard therapy, the treatment group on this basis, combined with levofloxacin, anti tuberculosis drug treatment of the two groups with other species. Results: after 6 months of treatment, the observation group the sputum negative conversion, focus absorption rate than the control group(P<0.05) high, the adverse reaction rate in two groups was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: there is obvious effect of levofloxacin combined with standard chemotherapy in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis, high safety, less adverse reaction, it is worth in clinical widely.
