浅谈鼓膜置管联合腺样体切除治疗36例儿童分泌性中耳炎的疗效

观察鼓膜置管联合腺样体切除治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法：选取我院2009年10月~2012年10月期间收治的分泌性中耳炎患儿72例，采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予鼓膜置管术治疗，观察组给予鼓膜置管联合腺样体切除治疗，随访6个月~1年，对比分析两组的疗效。结果：观察组总有效率为91.67%，明显高于对照组的77.78%；观察组复发率及感染率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05），差异均有统计学意义。结论：鼓膜置管联合腺样体切除治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎，能有效地改善患儿的听力，降低复发率及感染率，疗效显著，且安全性高，值得在临床中广泛应用和推广。

Conclusion:tympanostomy tube combined adenoidectomy to treat pediatric secretory otitis media can effectively improve the patient'' hearing, reduce the recurrence rate and infection rates, curative effect is distinct and high safety, is widely used in clinical practice and promotion.
