摘要
目的:比较不同手术内固定方法治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的效果。方法:回顾性分析55例股骨粗隆间骨折患者内固定手术治疗方案的优劣。结果:本组55例股骨粗隆间骨折患者,其中,采用DHS内固定16例,2例发生髋内翻;PFN内固定16例,1例愈合较好;LCP内固定23例,全部愈合良好。结论:对于股骨粗隆间骨折,LCP内固定具有创伤小、操作简单的优点,对于大部分固定稳定的骨折,可达到良好的疗效;PFN内固定具有手术创伤小、操作简单、固定牢靠、抗旋转性强和骨折术后并发症少的优点;DHS内固定易导致股骨颈内骨量丧失,患者失血量较多,不方便旋转,一旦松动,则不易固定牢靠,且易穿出股骨头,不推荐使用。
Objective:to analyze and compare the intertrochanteric femoral fracture operation treatment.Methods:to analyses on 55 patients with internal fixation operation treatment of intertrochanteric fracture,retrospective analysis of clinical data.Results:DHS internal fixation in 16 cases,2 cases of coxa vara;PFN internal fixation in 16 cases,1 cases of poor healing;LCP internal fixation in 23 cases,all healed well.Conclusion:for intertrochanteric fractures,LCP internal fixation with less trauma,simple operation,for the efficacy of most of the fixed stable fracture is good;PFN internal fixation has the advantages of small operation wound,simple operation,reliable fixation,strong anti-rotation and fracture complications;DHS internal fixation,femoral neck bone mass loss,the amount of blood loss more,can not prevent rotation,and if it loosen,not easy to fixation,and easily out of the femoral head.
