联合应用醒脑静与更昔洛韦治疗病毒性脑炎的疗效评价

Clinical effect evaluation of Xingnaojing injection combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of viral encephalitis

目的:探讨联合应用醒脑静与更昔洛韦治疗病毒性脑炎的临床疗效。方法:将2011年1月至2013年7月我院收治的98例病毒性脑炎患者按照数字随机法分为2组,每组各49例患者。为两组患者进行常规治疗,为对照组患者加用阿昔洛韦进行治疗,为观察组患者联合应用醒脑静与更昔洛韦进行治疗,观察两组患者进行用药治疗后退热、抽搐得到控制、头痛呕吐消失及意识转清的时间,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者治疗后退热、头疼消失、恶性呕吐消失及意识转清的时间均较对照组患者更短,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗的总有效率为93.9%,高于对照组患者治疗的总有效率(79.6%),差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用醒脑静与更昔洛韦治疗病毒性脑炎的临床疗效较理想,能显著减少患者的临床症状,缩短其体征消失的时间,值得在临床上大力推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Xingnaojing injection combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of viral encephalitis.Methods 98 cases of viral encephalitis in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each group,all cases were given conventional treatment,based on this cases in control group were given ganciclovir,cases in observation group were given Xingnaojing injection combined with ganciclovir treatment,observed the seizure control time of fever,headache and vomiting disappear and consciousness turned clear,compared the clinical effect.Results The fever,headache,nausea and vomiting disappear and consciousness turned clear time was shortened obviously in observation group compared with cases in control group,there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of cases in the observation group was 93.9%,significantly higher than that in control group(79.6%),there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking Xingnaojing combined with ganciclovir in treatment of viral encephalitis has good clinical effect,and can reduce the patient抯 clinical symptoms and signs,should be popularized in clinic.
