硅烷浸渍在长白山机场站坪扩建工程中试验研究与应用

摘要 在北方寒冷地区,机场道面混凝土冻害是道面混凝土过早破坏的最主要原因之一。水是造成混凝土破坏的主要原因,它可导致混凝土直接的物理变化,如霜冻及解冻而产生的张力,也是传递腐蚀性物质如氯离子、酸性气体等有害物质的载体。在混凝土表面涂抹硅烷是隔绝水与混凝土接触的有效措施。涂抹硅烷后的混凝土抗水渗透性能明显提高,抗冻性能提高了33%。 The freezing injury is a major reason for the premature failure of airport pavement concrete in north cold regions .Water is one of the main reason of concrete’s destroy .It leads concrete change its physical state directly .For instance ,the tension caused by frost and thaw ,and water is the carrier of corrosive material such as chloridion and acid gas and other harmful materials .It is an effective measure to spread silane on the surface of concrete to isolate concrete from water .The ability of resistance to water penetration is increased af-ter using silane ,and the frost -resisting property improved 33% .
