摘要
对于青藏高原地区的G214线高速公路建设应全面贯彻落实科学发展观、交通建设可持续发展及节约土地综合利用的主导思想,结合项目建设区域地形、地貌、地质、水文、生态环保等特征以及交通量调查结果,在遵循"适度超前"的基础上,选择分期分幅建设模式,一般路段采用分离式路基形式,实行部分控制出入的高速公路网系统;穿越城镇居民区、牧民点的路段,宜选择整体式路基形式,实行全部控制出入的高速公路网系统。充分体现灵活设计、宽容设计和创新设计的青海高速公路建设新模式。实现"安全至上、环境优美、节约资源、系统优化"的设计目标。
The construction of Qinghai plateau original national road 214 line highway should be comprehensively implement the scientific concept of development and the dominant idea of traffic construction of sustainable development and conservation and comprehensive utilization of land,combined with the characteristics of project construction area topography and geomorphology,geology,hydrology,ecological environmental protection and traffic flow investigation results,on the basis of following the ' moderate in advance',selecting installment framing construction mode,the general sections adopts the separated subgrade form,implementing a partial control in highway network system;while the road across the urban residential areas,herdsmen point should select monolithic roadbed,implementing all control in highway network system.Reflect the flexible design and tolerance design and creative design of highway construction in the new model.Achieve the Safety first,beautiful environment,saving resources,system optimization goal.
