对行骨科手术的患者采取手术切口感染防控处理的效果观察

目的 :探讨对行骨科手术的患者采取手术切口感染防控处理的临床效果。方法 :对2009年2月~2014年2月期间我院收治的112例骨科疾病患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我们将这112例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各有56例患者。我们对两组患者均进行手术治疗。在进行手术期间,我们对观察组患者采取手术切口感染防控处理。治疗结束后,比较两组患者发生手术切口感染的几率。结果 :对照组患者发生手术切口感染的几率为25%,观察组患者发生手术切口感染的几率为3.6%。观察组患者发生手术切口感染的几率明显低于对照组患者,二者相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 :对行骨科手术的患者采取手术切口感染防控处理可有效地降低其发生手术切口感染的几率。此方法值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of prevention and control measures taken operation incision infection in Department of orthopedics operation patients. Methods: from 2009 to February to 2014 February in our hospital during the period 112 cases of Department of orthopedics disease in patients with clinical data were retrospective study. The 112 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group has 56 patients. We are to perform the operation on two patients. During the operation period, we take the operation incision infection prevention and control measures to the patients in the observation group. After the end of treatment, compared two groups of patients with operation incision infection incidence. Results: the patients in the control group the incidence of wound infection operation for 25% patients in the control group, the probability of occurrence of operation incision infection was 3.6%. To observe the operation incision infection incidence was significantly lower than the control group patients groups, compared to two difference significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion: the Department of orthopedics operation with operation incision infection prevention and control measures can effectively reduce the occurrence probability of operation incision infection. This treatment method is worth promoting in clinical use.
