联合应用氨氯地平和卡托普利治疗冠心病合并高血压的疗效观察

目的 :探讨联合应用氨氯地平和卡托普利治疗冠心病合并高血压的临床疗效。方法 :将100例冠心病合并高血压患者平均分为观察组和对照组,为观察组患者用氨氯地平和卡托普利进行治疗,为对照组患者使用氢氯噻嗪、尼群地平片等传统药物进行治疗,在用药2个月后比较观察两组患者血压、心绞痛、心电图的变化。结果 :经过2个月的用药治疗,两组患者的血压、心绞痛、心电图检查结果相比较差异显著,P<0.05,有统计学意义。与对照组患者相比,观察组患者在进行药物治疗后其冠心病、高血压得到了更好的控制,心电图检查结果得到了更明显的改善,发生不良反应的几率更低,差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论 :联合应用氨氯地平和卡托普利治疗冠心病合并高血压疗效确切,安全性高,值得在临床上推广使用。

objective to amlodipine in combination with captopril observed the curative effect of treatment of coronary heart disease and high blood pressure), confirmed its function. Methods select 100 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and high blood pressure, average divided into observation group and control group. Observation group taking ammonia chloride and captopril, the control group take old drugs. 2 months after observing two groups of the change of blood pressure, angina pectoris, electrocardiogram, and comparison.Results the observation group compared with patients in the control group in blood pressure, angina pectoris and electrocardiogram(ecg) are improved substantially. Conclusion amlodipine in combination with enalapril therapy of coronary heart disease and high blood pressure has significant curative effect, is worth popularizing in clinical use.
