高压氧治疗的时间段对于重度颅脑外伤患者治疗效果的影响

目的:探究高压氧治疗的时间段对于重度颅脑外伤患者治疗效果的影响。方法:随机选取我院2011年3月--2012年4月收治的80例重度颅脑外伤患者,将其平均分为早期治疗组和中晚期治疗组。早期治疗组患者在伤后25天内接受高压氧综合治疗,中晚期治疗组患者在伤后25--40天间接受高压氧综合治疗。治疗结束后,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 :早期治疗组患者治疗的有效率为90%,中晚期治疗组患者治疗的有效率为70%。早期治疗组患者治疗的有效率高于中晚期治疗组患者,且两组间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :在伤后早期为重度颅脑外伤患者实施高压氧治疗可以显著提高患者的治疗效果。

Abjective: explore the time of hyperbaric oxygen therapy for patients with severe craniocerebral trauma healing effects. Methods: Randomly selected our March 2011-80 cases of severe craniocerebral trauma patients admitted to April 2012, its average score early in the treatment group and late treatment group. Early treatment of patients within 25 days after the injury of hyperbaric oxygen therapy, 25--40 days after the injury late treatment group patients received hyperbaric oxygen synthetic treatment. After the end of treatment, compared two groups of patients for therapeutic effect. Results: Effectiveness of early treatment of patients in the treatment of 90%, in the effectiveness of treatment for patients with advanced treatment group 70%. Effectiveness of early treatment group patients than late treatment group patients, and statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusions: Early after the injury of heavy craniocerebral injury patients with hyperbaric oxygen treatment can significantly improve the patient's therapeutic effect.
