浅谈尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活系统与卵巢恶性肿瘤的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 肿瘤的侵袭及转移是一个多步骤、由多因素参与的极其复杂的过程,涉及到肿瘤细胞的粘附、分离、迁移、基底膜及细胞外基质降解、肿瘤新生血管生成等诸多方面的内容,其中尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活系统在恶性肿瘤的侵袭及转移过程中发挥着重要的作用。大量的研究发现,尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活系统与卵巢癌的恶性程度、分期、分化、转移及预后均有着十分密切的关系。本文就尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活系统与卵巢恶性肿瘤的研究概况、进展及相关性进行综述。
